Job Description:
Develop & update job descriptions, job specifications.
Post job vacancies on social media platforms.
Search profiles on LinkedIn or other platforms for the target positions.
Screen candidates’ CVs, profiles, and applications.
Arrange interviews within schedule, interview for junior level and proceed qualified applications to team leader.
Arrange take part in interviews and with Recruitment Consultant to identify talents.
Support Employer Branding activities to attract and approach potential candidates effectively.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Join in team to deliver successful projects.
Requirement:
At least 1 year of experience in technology recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Comfortable with virtual working.
You are passionate about helping others to find jobs.
You aim to build a career in the HR field.
Teamwork ability, result and goal oriented.
Good work ethic and having a positive mindset.
Highly organized, accurate, and able to show empathy to team members.
Good communication skills and being able to conduct a conversation online. Benefits:
Monthly salary: 6.000.000 - 8.000.000 VND following KPIs.
Phone allowance: 200.000 VND/month.
